Paired With:  Seared Pork Belly with maple-citrus glaze, roasted butternut squash puree, sauteed chanterelle mushrooms

Third Course: Molly Dooker “Miss Molly” Sparkling Shiraz 2021, Australia

Paired With: Lamb Tenderloin with muhamarra, roasted Brussel sprouts, and carrot-honey mousse
